If you have purchased something from T-ShirtCo and it is either faulty or not up to your standards your have 14 days from date of receipt to return it to us for a full refund.

14 day returns

When returning goods, please supply a copy of the despatch note that you received with the order.

Items must be returned in the same condition that they were received.

Returns policy:

  • All goods to be returned at the customer’s expense. (postage will be refunded for items found to be fault)
  • Once the goods have been received we aim to exchange/refund within 5 working days.
  • It is the duty of the customer to examine all goods immediately upon receipt and all claims must be notified to us within 7 days.
  • If you have purchased goods from T-ShirtCo and an item is either faulty or not up to your standards you have 14 days from date of receipt to return the item to us for a full refund.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition that they were received.
  • Embroidered garments can only be returned if they are faulty

To return an item please fill out the form below. We will provide a returns reference for you via e-mail.

When returning goods please obtain Proof of Postage from the courier, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Make sure to pack your return order securely along with original despatch note and write the returns reference clearly on the outside of the packaging.

Include product number, colour, size, quantity and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
